ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be submitted to the Office of Registrar before the applicant is scheduled to take the entrance test:
-
registered birth certificate - original and 2 photocopies
-
baptismal certificate - original and 2 photocopies
-
medical certificate from the pediatrician / medical record (baby book)
-
2 colored ID (1 x 1) pictures taken within the last three months
-
examination / application fee (P 550.00)

Nursery
-
Must be 3 years old at the beginning of School Year 2008-2009 or completing 4 years in May 2009
-
Applicants not required to take an entrance test but has to submit the above requirements after the interview

Preparatory A
-
must be 4 years old at the beginning of School Year 2008-2009 or completing 5 years in May 2009
-
Preparatory B
-
must be 5 years old at the beginning of School Year 2008-2009 or completing 6 years in May 2009
-
Certificate of attendance signed by the school head / principal / registrar
-
Grades 1 - 5 / First Year / Second Year High School
-
For Grade 1, must be 6 years old or completing 7 years in May 2008
-
Report Card (first and second quarters)
-
no grade lower than 80% in all subjects
-
average of at least 83% during the second quarter
-
conduct grade of at least 85%
